Body Mass Index (BMI) is a measure of your body fat based on your height and your weight that applies to both adult men and adult women.

BMI Categories

  • Underweight : <18.5
  • Normal weight : 18.5-24.9
  • Overweight : 25-29.9
  • Obesity : 30+

Calorie Counter

Calories burned (estimated) is done using metabolic equivalents (MET values). MET values are different for every person and are adjusted by body type, age, and gender.
