Body Mass Index (BMI) is a measure of your body fat based on your height and
your weight that applies to both adult men and adult women.
BMI Categories
Underweight : <18.5
Normal weight : 18.5-24.9
Overweight : 25-29.9
Obesity : 30+
Calorie Counter
Calories burned (estimated) is done using metabolic equivalents (MET values).
MET values are different for every person and are adjusted by body type, age, and gender.
